Whole House Flip
This full-scale renovation reimagines a once-dated 1970s home into a refined, modern retreat—where warmth, functionality, and timeless design converge.
The transformation began with a complete overhaul of the home’s layout and finishes, opening up spaces that were once compartmentalized and dark. In their place, light-filled interiors now flow effortlessly from room to room, anchored by a clean, contemporary palette and layered natural textures.
The kitchen and dining area were redesigned as a central gathering space, blending modern cabinetry, sleek surfaces, and sculptural lighting with inviting, organic materials. Thoughtful detailing and balanced proportions elevate the space from purely functional to quietly luxurious—perfect for both everyday living and entertaining.
Downstairs, the basement was completely redefined. What was once an underutilized area is now a sophisticated lounge designed for connection and comfort. Exposed ceiling elements add character and depth, while plush seating, warm wood tones, and curated furnishings create a cozy yet elevated atmosphere that feels intentionally designed rather than an afterthought.
The bathroom renovation further reflects the home’s modern evolution. Clean lines, large-format tile, floating vanities, and integrated lighting transform the space into a spa-like retreat. Every element was chosen to enhance simplicity, functionality, and visual calm, bringing a sense of luxury to daily routines.
Throughout the home, careful attention was given to lighting, materials, and scale—honoring the home’s original footprint while completely redefining its character. The result is a cohesive, modern residence that feels fresh, timeless, and tailored for contemporary living, while leaving behind any trace of its 1970s past.
