Lower Level Renovation

This lower level was completely reimagined to feel intentional, elevated, and seamlessly connected to the rest of the home—transforming what was once underutilized space into a warm, multifunctional retreat.

The redesign begins at the staircase, where custom wood treads with integrated hidden storage turn circulation space into a striking architectural feature. Built-in drawers discreetly house wine and essentials, blending craftsmanship and practicality while setting the tone for the level below—a balance of form and function.

The new bathroom delivers a spa-like experience with a fully tiled walk-in shower, frameless glass enclosure, and a thoughtfully styled niche for everyday rituals. Soft, textured tile, warm metal fixtures, and clean lines create a calm, timeless aesthetic that elevates the lower level from basic to boutique.

The main living area was designed with flexibility in mind, becoming a cozy yet refined playroom. Custom built-ins provide concealed storage and display space, while natural textures, warm wood tones, and soft furnishings create an inviting environment for both play and relaxation. Every element was chosen to make the space feel layered, livable, and cohesive.

A dedicated fitness zone adds another layer of functionality, integrating wellness into the home without sacrificing style. Clean-lined shelving, curated decor, and intentional lighting ensure the workout space feels polished rather than utilitarian.

The transformation is completed with a serene bedroom retreat, featuring rich accent walls, layered textiles, and warm wood flooring. The space feels grounded and restful—perfect for guests or everyday use—while maintaining the design continuity established throughout the level.

Altogether, this lower-level renovation transforms a once-forgotten floor into a fully realized extension of the home—modern, warm, and purpose-driven, with every square foot thoughtfully designed to support how the family truly lives.
